Welcome to the Kitchen at Abeja

The Kitchen at Abeja offers an unparalleled fine dining experience, blending the rural charm of Walla Walla wine country with the rustic sophistication of Tuscan-inspired cuisine. Executive Chef Mike Easton and Chef de Cuisine Frank Magaña combine their talents to create a multi-course dining experience showcasing the best of each season. Chef Easton leads menu development, recipe design, and staff training, ensuring every dish reflects his signature approach to cooking; Chef Magaña brings that vision to life with precision and consistency.

The chefs’ collaboration shines in The Kitchen’s five-course prix-fixe menu, updated monthly to showcase the finest Pacific Northwest ingredients. An optional wine pairing menu invites diners to explore how contrasting flavors and complementary tastes elevate the dining experience.
