DINING at THE KITCHEN at ABEJA

Four-time James Beard Award-nominated Chef Mike Easton brings a Tuscan-inspired influence to The Kitchen at Abeja’s prix fixe menus in the heart of Walla Walla wine country. Winemakers Dan Wampfler and Amy Alvarez-Wampfler collaborate with Chef Easton on an optional wine pairing menu, including select wines from Abeja’s private cellar.

The menu is updated weekly to showcase the fresh, seasonal bounty of the Walla Walla Valley and surrounding farmlands, orchards, ranches and waters.

Dinner seatings are by reservation from 5:30 - 7:30 pm Thursday - Sunday evenings.

BREAKFAST with YOUR STAY

One of the highlights of The Inn at Abeja is our gourmet breakfast included with each stay. Start your day with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a warm mug of coffee from Walla Walla Roastery, then settle in for breakfast featuring locally-sourced ingredients. A spring menu may include a flaky handmade pastry, followed by asparagus fritters with wild mushrooms, eggs, and dill crème. An elegant summer menu might begin with a baked egg and chives, followed by a whipped ricotta lemon pancake drizzled with blueberry compote.

Served each morning from 8:30 – 9:30 am
