Shipping
Wines may only be purchased, shipped and delivered to individuals 21 years of age and above. All wine shipments require an adult signature and typically deliver during normal business hours.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your projected shipping date. In periods of extreme heat or cold, orders may be placed on weather holds to guarantee provenance. During these periods, expedited shipping and/or cold packs are available, by request, at an additional cost.
Will Call Pick Up
Will Call orders are available to pick up from Abeja's tasting room, by appointment only. Orders which are not picked up within six months will be shipped at an additional cost. Please contact the winery at wine@abeja.net or 509-526-7400 to schedule your visit or to make special arrangements.
Cancellation and Returns
After your wine ships, we are unable to accept returns, by law, unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept exchanges or returns of wine that was ordered in error.
It is your responsibility to provide the winery a current, valid shipping address where an adult can sign for delivery. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a reroute or reshipment will accrue additional cost. Please contact the winery at wine@abeja.net or 509-526-7400 for further assistance.
Sales Tax
Shipping orders: Sales tax is applied based on the destination state and zip code.
Onsite orders: Starting July 1, 2019, new Washington State legislation eliminates the retail sales tax exemption for qualified nonresidents at the point of sale. Instead, these consumers may request a refund from the Department of Revenue for the state portion of the sales tax they paid. No refund is available for the local portion of the retail sales tax paid.
